Venice Carnival 2012 #6

 In my first post about Carnival, you saw this particular character but only the details on the dress. In this take, taken at the same time as the first shot, we can see the mask and the intricate flowers and accents that were part of her costume.We ran into her a few other times during our trip, and each time we saw her, she was not able to walk more then a couple of meters before being stopped by people wanting to photographer. I got a bit lucky here. This was our first day, I had no idea how things worked, but I just tagged along with others when I saw the nice light and amazing costume.Update: A little while ago, the model in this photo contacted me via my Facebook page, and I now know who she is.
