My Pug’s belly is dark
My dog rocks. She’s what hmmm, 16 weeks or so by now, and in the last couple of weeks we’ve noticed that her belly has turned dark. It used to be nice and pink, but once we changed her food, it started getting darker. Nothing else about her seems to have changed. In fact she seems to prefer this food over what she was having before, and she’s healthy. In other words, it has not been a concern, however it has been nagging me to find out just what is up with her belly turning dark.
Google provides no clues to this, except for a very old usenet post which claims this to be normal.
We’ll probably try and switch her food back to what we had before and see if that makes a difference. She does seem to prefer this food however… It would be good to know what causes this.
